If you want to be a coordinator, network coordinator, activity coordinator, technical coordinator, animation manager, development agent of the associative life, federal manager, socio-educational animator, accompanist, assistant of direction, project coordinator...

The possession of the diploma attests, in the field of socio-educational or cultural activities, to the following competencies listed in the certification reference system:

  • To pilot the implementation of animation projects within the framework of the values of popular education
  • support the work of the team
  • organize the partnership work
  • implement participatory popular education approaches
  • support the involvement of volunteers
  • organize the mobilization of resources
  • conduct training interventions within his team

Prerequisites

The prerequisites required to access the DEJEPS training, specialty "socio-educational or cultural animation" mention "development of projects, territories and networks" are the following:

  • or be the holder of a level IV diploma in the field of animation registered in the
  • national directory of professional certifications
  • or be the holder of a level III diploma registered in the national directory of
  • professional certifications
  • or attest to a level of training corresponding to a level IV and be able to
  • have six months of facilitation experience
  • or prove twenty-four months of professional or volunteer activities
  • corresponding to a minimum of one thousand six hundred hours

Objectives of the training

The duration of the training is set at 21h (3 days).

It aims to maintain skills and acquire new knowledge related to the evolution of the profession in the field of water safety.


- Evolution of the professional environment :
- different places of practice of aquatic activities ;
- teaching and animation of aquatic activities ; - evolution in terms of security ;
- health and security of the participants ; - regulatory framework of exercise.


- Rescue procedures:
- implementation of specific techniques and materials taking into account new developments;
- understanding of strategies to be implemented to ensure the safety of users and prevent risky behavior;
- presentation of concrete cases to understand the intervention in case of incident or accident related to the safety of the environment;
- behavior and gestures to be made in case of incident or accident
