Improve and promote sports performance in Saint-Martin
Because we are convinced that sport is a source of attractiveness and influence for territories that know how to give it pride of place, we wish to make the CEES a vector for the development of the tourist economy of Saint Martin through the prism of sports tourism and eco-tourism.
This is done through the creation or support of ambitious sports events, whatever their scale: local, regional, national and even international.

A unique territory in the world
The CEES draws much of its uniqueness from the unique geographical and administrative situation enjoyed by the island of Saint-Martin.
Located in the heart of the Caribbean Sea and divided into two parts, one French, the other Dutch, the territory is indeed at the crossroads of multiple cultural influences that give it an unparalleled richness.
The CEES considers this formidable concentrate of diversity as a strength. It is an asset that it wishes to show to the rest of the world that the will to excel and the ability to do so are based more on the plurality of talents than on the size of the territory they occupy.
