The Centre d'Excellence et d'Éducation par le Sport (CEES) is a Public Administrative Establishment supported by the Collectivité de Saint-Martin. It is part of the strategic framework of the Schéma Territorial de Développement du Sport 2018-2028 and aims to make sport a vector for equal opportunities, educational success and territorial integration.

August 18, 2025 marked the launch of the 3ᵉ Quinzaine d'intégration du Centre d'Excellence et d'Éducation par le Sport (CEES) at Soualiga College. Now a not-to-be-missed event, this pre-bye accompanies student-athletes aged 7 to 17 from territorial sports centers as they prepare for the new school and sports year.

CEES Saint-Martin trains young athletes through academic and sports coaching, while supporting their mobility and professionalizing their coaching staff.
