Conducted as part of the implementation of the CEES Training and Employment Center in September 2023, this study presents a diagnosis of sports management in the associative sector on Saint-Martin. It is not simply an analysis of figures, but a living portrait of the vitality of sport in our region.
This diagnosis will enable us to understand the challenges, needs and opportunities associated with sports coaching in associations on Saint-Martin, and in short, to define a global strategy for the development of training and employment in the sports professions on Saint-Martin.
First, we'll explore the professionalization of physical activities in the sports sector, and the specificities of sports coaching.
We'll then take a closer look at the landscape of associative sports management that shapes our region, and announce the perspectives of sports players needed to define a global training strategy.
We will then unveil the recommendations arising from this diagnosis, and the appropriate strategic choices that will make up the skills development plan for Saint-Martin.
Ultimately, this study is the solid foundation on which to build the sustainable and balanced development of training in the sports professions from 2024 to 2028 on Saint-Martin.
