Territorial Sports Centers
As pre-training structures, the CSTs progressively and individually prepare the region's young sports talents to join, in the short, medium or long term, the "pôles espoirs" (CREPS) or national and international training centers. They provide comprehensive, structured support tailored to each student-athlete, coordinated by the CEES with the support of sports organizations and the French Ministry of Education.
The scheme also aims to strengthen the expertise of local sports organizations and ensure high-quality representation of the region at regional, national and international competitions.

The pillars of the triple project
Sporting excellence
The CEES and the Sports Organizations contribute to the sporting success of CSTs by arranging daily training for up to 4 days/week, from Monday to Friday, supervised by qualified trainers, with longitudinal medical monitoring adapted to each discipline.
Academic success
As part of an agreement with the French Ministry of Education, the CEES sets up adapted timetables exclusively for permanent student-athletes enrolled at Soualiga College. Academic support and remedial courses can be offered at the request of legal representatives, depending on identified needs, to reconcile academic training and sporting requirements.
Socio-educational development
The aim of the program is to encourage autonomy, a sense of responsibility, civic commitment and collective values in each student-athlete, in conjunction with families and educators.
CST structuring levels
The Centres Sportifs Territoriaux are made up of 3 levels:
- CET - Centre d'Entraînement Territorial (Primary & early middle school - CE1 to 6e)
o Aimed at mature or early-engagement disciplines.
o Also includes daily physical activity programs (APQ) in conjunction with the French national education system and USEP.
- CPT - Centre de Perfectionnement Territorial (Collège - 5e to 3e)
For disciplines validated by the CEES with a view to entry into a "pôle espoir" or federal structure. Students must be enrolled at Collège Soualiga.
- CDT - Centre de Développement Territorial (Lycée - 2nde to Terminale)
o For late-maturing disciplines
o Prepares students for federal certifications and diplomas
o Supports university or professional career paths

Student-athlete status
The CST scheme recognizes two distinct statuses, defined by the nature of enrolment within the Center and validated by the CEES for a renewable school year:
- Titulaires
o Supervised schooling: student-athlete enrolled in CPT and compulsorily enrolled at collège Soualiga.
o Full access to the scheme: see tripartite framework agreement.
o Membership fee: 150€/month (from September to June inclusive).
- Externes
o Unsupervised schooling: student-athlete enrolled in CET, CPT (except Collège Soualiga), or CDT.
o Partial access to the scheme: see tripartite framework agreement.
o Membership fee: 100€/month (from September to June inclusive).
NB: The former "training partners" are now replaced by the "externs" category.
Operating frameworks and commitments of the parties
Integration into the CST program implies compliance with the internal regulations, which set out the rights, duties and commitments expected of student-athletes and their legal representatives throughout the school year.
These regulations, approved by the CEES, constitute the common frame of reference applicable to all student-athletes, whether permanent or external. It specifies the conditions of admission, the rules of operation, as well as the monitoring and evaluation procedures for each student.
Adherence to the internal regulations is an essential condition for any enrolment in the scheme.
