Administrative organization

CST commissions

Entering the CST is a transition with multiple implications to which the young athlete will have to adapt: change of school, pace of life, social relations, change of coach and therefore of practice conditions...

To provide the best possible support for student-athletes throughout this process, and to create the conditions necessary for their success, CST Commissions will be set up to ensure a permanent link with all those involved in the project, and to promote a collaborative and serene working environment for all.

Organization of the commissions

A CST Commission will be set up in each Ligue Comité Club (LCC) as the operational body and main contact for the CEES for the organization and management of the CST's sporting, technical, academic, social, financial and medical aspects.

It will be made up of the following members:

- Referent-Coordinator CST
- Directeur Technique et Sportif (DTS) holding a DEJEPS
- Adjoint au DTS (DTA) holding a BPJEPS minimum
- Médecin du CST
- Responsable du Suivi scolaire

The CST Council

Relations between the school, the Ligues Comités Clubs (LCC) and the CEES are formalized in a tripartite agreement validating the operation of a LCC council made up of representatives of the 3 parties.

This body for monitoring and evaluating the policies set out in the framework agreement relating to the conditions of reception, schooling and training of student-athletes will meet every two months.

It will be made up of the following members:
- Support school referents (1 for 6ème-5ème and 1 for 4ème-3ème);
- CST commission referent-coordinators from each LCC;
- CST school follow-up managers;
- Technical and sports directors from each CST;
- 2 representatives of student-athletes' parents (1 for 6ème-5ème and 1 for 4ème-3ème).
