Missions
The activity leader carries out his activities in local community or municipal facilities such as community centers, social centers, youth centers, hospitals, vacation villages, etc. He can also prepare for the competitive examination for the local civil service or the hospital civil service.
He leads scientific, technical, cultural and physical activities for different audiences in complete autonomy and within the limits of the regulations. He/she is also required to accompany the public in the use of digital technology as part of a civic and participatory approach.
He/she is responsible for his/her action at the educational level. He/she ensures the safety of third parties and the public he/she is in charge of. He/she is responsible for an educational action that is in line with the structure's project.
He/she can manage a collective reception of minors (ACM).
Prerequisites
1. Hold a first aid training certificate.
2. Prove that you have at least 200 hours of professional or non-professional experience as a group leader by means of a certificate issued by the host organization(s).
3. Pass the selection tests: professional writing (2h) and oral interview (30').
Objectives of the training
The training program is organized in 4 Units of Study (UC):
- To supervise any public in any place and any structure.
- To implement a project of cultural animation within the structure's project.
- To lead an animation action in the field of "leisure for all" and to direct a collective reception of minors (ACM).
- To mobilize popular education approaches to implement animation activities in the field of "leisure for all.
