Administrative organization

The CST commissions

Entering CST is a transition with multiple implications to which young athletes will have to adapt: change of school, pace of life, social relationships, change of coach and therefore change of practice conditions...

In order to best support the student-athletes throughout this course and to create the conditions necessary for their success, CST commissions will be set up which will ensure a permanent link with all the actors in the project and will promote a collaborative and serene working environment for all.

Organization of committees

An operational body and main interlocutor of the CEES for the organization and the sports, technical, technical, academic, social, financial and medical management of the CST, a Commission-CST will be created in each Sports Organization.

It will be composed of the following members:

- CST Referent-Coordinator
- Technical and Sports Director (DTS) holder of a DEJEPS
- Deputy to the DTS (DTA) with a minimum BPJEPS
- CST doctor
- School referent

The CST Council

The relationships between the school, the Sports Organizations and the CEES are formalized in a tripartite agreement validating the functioning of a CST council made up of representatives of the 3 parties.

This body for monitoring and evaluating the policies provided for in the framework agreement relating to the conditions of reception, schooling and training of pupil-athletes will meet every two months.

It will be composed of the following members:
• The referent of the support school;
• The referents-coordinators of the CST commissions of each sports organization;
• CST school advisers;
• The technical and sports directors of each CST;
• 2 representatives of the parents of pupil-athletes (1 for the 6th-5th and 1 for the 4th-3rd);
• 2 representatives of student athletes.
