Missions
The DEJEPS "subaquatic diving activities" allows its holder to practice the profession of diving instructor on a professional basis.
Its holder can teach and supervise scuba diving between 0 and 40 meters of depth as well as all underwater activities (apnea, underwater trekking...) and hold the position of diving director.
Prerequisites
Candidate Profile
This training is open to experienced divers who wish to become professionals in underwater activities, whether they are employed, self-employed, looking for a job or changing careers.
Conditions of access
- Minimum PA40 qualification (annex III-14 of the sport code)
- To justify an experience of 100 dives in natural environment, signed by an E4 (annex III-15b of the code of the sport)
- PSE1 up to date of recycling
- Pleasure Craft Operator's Licence in Maritime Waters, Coastal Option
- Qualification of confirmed nitrox diver
Test Requirements
Technical tests :
- Mannequin rescue
- Management of an emergency situation at 25 meters
- Conducting an exploration
- Written verification of theoretical and practical knowledge
Level 4 holders are exempt from these technical tests.
Selection tests
Oral test on the personal and professional background and motivation of the candidates.
